Mateusz Sulwiński (he/him)
Current president of the association, previously press spokesperson. Mateusz holds a degree in international relations and journalism from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He gained professional experience in PR agencies, collaborated with brands like Cartoon Network, TNT, and PKO Bank Polski. He also worked on social media platforms for Allegro, the largest online shopping website in Poland. In early 2020, he left the company to focus on working for the Stonewall Group. Currently he coordinates the activities of the whole association, looks after online marketing, organises psychological help for LGBT+ people, supervises relations with the media and special projects. In his free time, Mateusz plays video games and visits second hand shops in search for vintage treasures
Anna Adamowicz (she/her)
Anna has been actively engaged in LGBT+ activism in the Stonewall Group and as a member of the association’s board she is the co-creator of the organisation’s vision. As a coach, she has been involved in education and expert training on diversity, focusing mostly on topics connected with LGBT+ people in public spaces and at work. Since 2018 she has been organising training sessions on diversity management for companies based in Poznań. Anna also works in the e-commerce branch in IT, managing products and projects.
Paweł Skrodzki (he/him)
Attorney-at-law, entrepreneur, academic teacher, activist, Stonewall Group board member. Paweł has a degree in law (2008) and international relations (2005) from Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. Since 2013 he has been working as an attorney-at-law at his own law firm. He specialises in public procurement law, public aid law, European funds law. His clients include units from the public finance sector (mainly local government units), local cultural institutions, commercial law companies, and non-governmental organisations. Since 2006 he has created, settled, managed, and provided legal services for dozens of projects co-financed from European funds which amounted to a few hundred million zlotys in total. As a teacher and coach, Paweł has conducted several thousand hours of classes about public procurement, European funds, public aid law, public finances, copyright law, etc. He has also been involved in LGBT+ activist work. In 2006, he founded and ran a Toruń branch of Campaign Against Homophobia (Kampania Przeciw Homofobii). In 2015, he was the co-originator and co-founder of the Stonewall Group association.
